【Important】Regarding Unauthorized Access to Booking.com System
2024/7/25News
Dear Valued Guests,
We regret to inform you that the reservation management system provided by one of our partner Booking.com has been illegally accessed. There is a possibility that a third party has viewed the presonal information of our guests. We have confirmed that customers who made reservations through Booking.com received messages directing them to a phising site.
Please note that we DO NOT email or use the chat function on the Booking.com website to request credit card information or to ask for payment in advance of arrival.
We advise you NOT to click on links or open files attached to emails that appear to be from Booking.com if you do not recognize the content. If you have any doubts, please contact Booking.com Customer Support or our hotel directly.
If you have received a phising email and have entered your credit card information through the provided link, please contact your credit card company immediately.
We are actively sending out alert messages to customers who have received phising emails. We have also asked Booking.com to promptly assess the situation and investigate the cause of the phising emails.
If you have any questions on this matter, please contact us at infotokyo@guamreef.com .
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused.
Sincerely,
Guam Reef Hotel
