Telephone, written documents (including electromagnetic records), business cards, verbal communication, internet, tablet, scanner, automated check-in machine, etc. - From a person who has been duly authorized by the person himself/herself.
Reservations, introducers, accompanying persons, travel-related businesses (including travel agencies, travel service arrangers, accommodation reservation site operators, etc.) - Obtained from publicly available sources

2-3. Types of personal information acquired by our company
The personal information we collect may include your name, place of employment, home or work address, email address, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, gender, passport number, facial recognition and other biometric data, as well as requests regarding guest rooms and other information to accommodate special requests, and information regarding your previous and subsequent accommodation locations as stipulated by laws, regulations, etc.

If a minor provides us with personal information about family members or others without the consent of their guardian, please contact our office. We will deal with the personal information in good faith, including suspending its use and discarding it.
