Credit Agreement

If you wish to pay for your accommodation by credit card, you must agree to the following “Credit Card Terms of Use.”

1. Formation of the Contract

If you are making a payment by credit card, the contract will be concluded when the credit card transaction is completed.
If the credit card transaction is not completed, the contract will not be concluded. The hotel will not be held responsible in any case for any reason resulting from the contract not being concluded.

2. Enter your credit card information4

Please correctly enter the credit card member number (card number), credit card holder name, credit card security code, and expiration date used for payment.
You are responsible for resolving any disadvantages you may suffer as a result of entering incorrect credit card information.
If you cause damage to a third party, you will be responsible for resolving any disputes with the third party at your own expense. The Hotel will not bear any responsibility for such matters.
The Hotel reserves the right to seek compensation from any Customer for any damages incurred as a result of the Customer entering false credit card information or any other act that the Hotel deems inappropriate.

3. Credit cards accepted

The following credit card brands can be used for payment procedures at our company.

JCB Card
VISA Card
MASTER Card
AMERICAN EXPRESS Card
and the above affiliated cards

Please note that payment can only be made once.

4. Credit card refund processing

If a refund occurs due to cancellation or changes, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used.
In that case, we will make a new payment to cover the cancellation fee, refund fee, etc. that we collect, and then refund the original payment amount, so your credit limit may temporarily change. Please note. The timing of refunds varies depending on the card company, so please check with your card company.
