However, for this cancellation, the original cancellation policy may apply.

In Guam, the Natasha Protection Act prohibits smoking indoors, including in hotels and restaurants.
However, smoking is allowed on the balcony and each guest room is equipped with an ashtray.
When smoking on the balcony, please close the windows.
If smoking occurs inside the guest room, a penalty fee may be charged.
Additionally, there are two designated outdoor smoking areas near the lobby in public area (please see below for details).

Airport Transportation
Yes, advanced reservation is required.
Please send your request through the inquiry form on our website at least 3 days prior to check-in date.
Maximum 5 people including kids and 5 luggage.
If you booked through our Japanese or English website (http://www.guamreef.com) and staying 4 nights and more, you will get one free round trip transportation between the airport and the hotel.
