Dear valued guests and community members,
In the aftermath of the devastating typhoon Mawar that recently swept through our region, we extend our deepest empathy and heartfelt concern to all those who have been affected by this event.
At Guam Reef Hotel, we too have experienced significant damage due to the typhoon. As a result, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend accepting new guests until June 30, 2023. During this time, our dedicated team will be working diligently to conduct repairs and thorough cleaning, aiming to restore the facilities to their optimal condition and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.
For our guests who had existing reservations during this period, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in canceling or modifying your reservation. We are here to help and will be happy to assist you. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
As of July 2023, we are open with the following facilities and services.
Guest Rooms
・Reopened on July 1, 2023
・Both Beach Tower and Infinity Tower rooms
Infinity pool
・Reopened on July 4, 2023
・Operating hours: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Restaurants
・Rica & Rico (Pool floor): Reopened on July 1, 2023 / Hours 11:00am – 2:30pm, 4:00pm – 10:30pm
*Century XXI will be closed for renovation due to extensive damage. Rica & Rico will be open and available to cater to our guests during this period.
・Sand Dune (Lobby floor): Reopened on July 1, 2023 / Hours 7:30am – 8:00pm
・Eggs’n Things (By the main road): Reopened on June 24, 2023 / Hours 7:00am – 2:00pm
Gift shops
・Bon Voyage (Lobby floor): Reopened on July 7, 2023 / Hours 9:00am – 9:00pm
